Meet Our Trainers

Our experienced trainers are all well-versed in positive reinforcement training and look forward to helping you and your dog meet your training goals! Below you will find a little more about each trainer and their qualifications.

Jenn Frankavitz

Owner, Head Trainer

Jenn developed a passion for all things animals from a young age, and has been working with them in some form ever since. She has owned Four Leggers since 2014. Jenn has a BFA in Fine Arts, and has earned her CPDT-KA (Certification Council For Professional Dog Trainers certification), SDC (Service Dog Coach), AKC-CGC (AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and Instructor), TDI (Trick Dog Instructor), C.L.A.S.S. Evaluator/Instructor, is a CATCH Mentor Trainer, and is a member of the APDT, IAABC, and Pet Professional Guild. Jenn is available for behavior consultations, behavior modification training, and service dog training.

When she is not training dogs, Jenn enjoys working with her horse, volunteering for Mastiff rescue, and spending time on her farm at home.

Isabela Dadauto

Trainer

Isa has a Bachelor's degree in Biology and studied bird communities and behavior back in Brazil (2007). She then pursued her other passion, working with pets, and used her previous knowledge to start a pet care business in 2011. Since then she worked as a dog trainer, dog walker, pet sitter and dog groomer. She is constantly learning new animal behavior and welfare best practices. Isa was the co-founder and head trainer at ``Treina e Adota`` Project in Brazil (training for shelter dogs and future families). She is a proud doxie mom to Sophia and enjoys photography, calligraphy, whale watching, and Harry Potter.

Isa is available for private lessons and teaches many of our group classes!

Emma-Rose Reeves

Trainer

Emma-Rose joined our team after beginning her career teaching classes and private lessons with a large ``big box`` store. She enjoys our team approach to training, and spends the majority of her day working with our Nursery School students.

In her free time, Emma enjoys working with her dogs, Luna and Logan, and taking care of her various reptile friends at home.

Emma is available for basic training appointments.

Rasheed Hale

Trainer

Rasheed joined our team after leaving a ``big box`` store for a more personalized approach to training. A graduate of Animal Behavior College, Rasheed has years of experience in the dog daycare and training industries. He spends his days working with our adorable Nursery School students.

In his free time, Rasheed enjoys taking his dog Miles for hikes.
